Shipping

 

We charge a flat rate of $3.00 for all shipping, so order as much as you want!!!  We do our best to ship your products within 48 hours of payment.  All of our products are shipped First Class and should get to their destination in 3-4 days.  Shipping to Canada is $4.00.  Please contact us for all other international rates.  Rest assured, we ship our bows in boxes with lots of padding, so no more smushy bows!  Please note that if you are ordering multiple products, shipping might come in more than one package, but should arrive on the same day.

 

Care

 

Your RubyToots sling can and should be washed!  Since all of our slings are made from 100% cotton, you can expect about an inch of shrinkage.  Please wash your sling in cold and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.  Please check seams frequently to ensure the safety of your child.

 

RubyToots bows are very durable!  Since all ends are heat sealed you shouldn't experience any unraveling of your ribbons.  Our ribbons are sprayed with stiffener to retain their shape, however starch may need to be reapplied to keep them standing up!  We've had our bows tugged at, chewed on and thrown around and still they remain in one piece.  If ever you feel your bow is coming apart, we have found a few dabs of hot glue will do the trick!

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, please feel free to return it to us for a refund (minus shipping costs).  Contact us for information about where to send it to. 

 

We understand that many of our customers are pregnant and therefore unsure of proper sizing.  Go ahead and purchase your sling now (we want you to be prepared for that baby!) and you may exchange it for another size after you deliver. 

 

You may exchange any product as long as it is unused and unwashed, we'll be happy to send you a different one!  We will pay for our end of the shipping for one exchange.  Any additional exchanges will be for the cost of original shipping ($3.00 US).  If you bought your product in one of our retail stores, you need to return it to them for a refund or exchange.

 

***IMPORTANT*** RubyToots does not accept returns on clearance items.  You may only do an exchange for these items.  Please only order a sling in the proper size.  We have many people tempting to fit into the wrong size sling for the sake of  a deal.  In order for the sling to work...you need the right size!!!

 

 

Liability

 

RubyToots L.L.C does not retain any responsibility for misuse or neglect of any of its products.  Slings need to be routinely inspected for any rips in their seams.  While using your sling, please use caution.  Never eat or drink anything hot while baby is in the sling, nor perform any athletic activity.  Our slings are an AIDE in handling your child, they are not solely independent on providing support.  RubyToots bows do come in small sizes that might pose a choking hazzard to small children.  Never leave a child unattended with bows in their hair, this includes sleeping!  Bottom line...please use our products responsibly.
